Ok, it has been 3 days since i returned to my unit at Old Choa Chu Kang . .
got to know more stuff around the Brigade Now . .

There has been some major changes during my absence in the unit,
the commander has changed,
All major KAH has changed,
Manpower branch's manpower has greatly reduced
*lesser people, same workload = everyone's workload increased ?! Not that i am complaining, but u dun seem to be recognise for what u do in army lor, they just say u are supposed to . . haizz*

Now i am the understudy for a soon to ORD personnal,
i would most probably be the next registry OIC cum despatch clerk cum BRO clerk
cum Parade State and i guess many more to come ba . . hahaha . .
*praying hard dun shoot too much arrow here . . LoLz . . i can't do the matrix thingie . . *

My officier has tasked me to revamp one of the rooms into a recruitment corner sort of thing, still thinking how i should do it, and i also need to select a bunch of pepz to help me with it,
but now its only at brainstorming stage . . so no finalized design yet . . and i have to complete it by June. . gotta start doing some planning tomorrow le . .
*need i say more ??? LoLz*

Oh ya, also became the roll-call IC . . . hahaha . . and i tot i have left this job for good in my last camp, and now i am back at it again . . so the "custom" of tasking new people in the dept extra work hasn't changed yet . . LoLz . .

oh ya, have been staying out this 3 days . . everyday have to wake up at 5.30-5.45 am . . guess its taking its toil on me dead tired when i reach the camp, dead tired when i leave the camp . . and i wonder how the guys in the branch with stay-out has been doing it for that long a time . .
stay-in should commence in the next week or so . . after i get a cupboard and move my stuff in bit by bit . .

so i guess i have pretty much decided to go with the rules and opt for a stay-in. Found out that the pepz in my branch ain't that sporty type unlike in the old camp where we used to go for regular basketball and soccer after work . . but maybe i can take this oppurtunity to further improve my Jap language ba . . since i got like until the end of the year before i ORD.

It has been more or less confirmed that i would be the one attending this year's excercise wallaby in Austrila . . should be between the end of october to the mid of november, looking forward to this trip again . . hahaha . . it was fun toking to the aussie when i last went there . . *LoLz . . Ok guys . . do not organise any outing or function during this periods ah . . *

ok some plans for the months ahead . .

1) Save up money for the repairs of my desktop ( i hope i dun have to change the entire sys)
2) Save up money for a phone i recently took interest in (its a jap phone but someone import in)
3) Revise all my Hiragana and Katakana and improve on it
4) Complete 2 books i want to read (Da Vinci Code, The Historian)

ok thats all . . the next update i duno why . . most prob when i book out from camp on fri ba??
PS: this week we have family week, my camp book out at 4.30pm!! thats 1.5 hr earlier . . wahahaha !!! :)

A new beginning . .

TOday, the 22th of May . .
A point in life where i had to pick up where i left off 3 years ago . .

I WENT BACK TO THE ARMY . .

alot of new faces that i have met today . . should be kind souls i think . .
but i found out a couple bad news . .

1st Piece -->
I am a disruptee going back with an ORD date of 04 Jan 07.
ps: i am the last to ORD compare to the rest in my branch . .
even the current clerks are ORD-ing earlier than me . . * bombers (>,<) *

2nd Piece -->
I am requried to stay in ???
actually it ain't that bad since in my previous camp i also stayed in,
whats negative this time is that we are only limited to 2 nites out a week ???
In the old camp . . it was nites out every nite . .
So what am i going to do with the time on my hand ??

Proposed Alternative - - >
Further Study My Jap ?? THen i can take the JLPT tests?
COmplete 2 books i want to read namely, the "da vinci code"by Dan Brown
and "the historian" by Elizabeth Kostova.

oh ya . . . been posted to central registry . . my upper study is quite a nice guy, teaching me the ropes . coz my previous work in the old camp was basically doing ranking, which is to determine who is up and promotion and who's not . .
but this time round, the current registry is a one-man show . .
it used to be 2 pax but they have changed it. In short, 1 pax, 2 workloads.

Saw some old faces, those i am glad to see as well as those i did not wish to see . .
the details i will not dwell on it, Hahaha.

Oh ya, my branch's chief clerk told me bec of the experience i had and my late late ORD date, i would most probably be going to wallaby again ??!! So is this a good news or is this a bad news . .
*kangaroos, WIld horses, this time i am going to bring a camera . . *

Good side - >
i get to travel to Australia for free and with the offs i am entitled to when i returned to SIngapore coupled with my leave . . i may be able to clear leaves and offs right after i return from the excercise till my ORD date . . hurray, i am free on Xmas and New Year . . Wahaha.
*hmm .. can consider this my graduation trip mah ?? Sound a bit pathetic hor . . haizz*

Bad Side - >
I'll be away from civilization for i think 6-8 weeks if i am not wrong. Even with auto-roam, the reception aint that great, i know . . been there, done that . . LoLz

ok so much for today's review of a dead boring day . . . Haizz
Ps: How come i mentioned stay in and i am able to type all this ?? There no bed for me currently so Official stayout . . i am devising a plan to stay out for good . . wished me luck guys . . LoLz

oh ya . . last sun went to c the movie "da vinci code" . . . not bad, adventure thriller . . i guess alot of pepz out there must have tot that the french cop was the "teacher" right . . and i was wondering . . huh so fast know le ah ?? Hahahaha . . the plot had me fooled totally . . but its a nice show. . but i still dun believe what he says on the heir part . . LoLz

but its over all an entertaining movie.
Next Up poseidon(hopefully) and X-men 3 !

ok so much for today . . today do nothing stone there also so tiring . .
never tot stoning could be equivalent to working ur butts off ?? Wahahaa.

Time for some update . . good news and bad news . .

lets start of with some major happenings since the end of the exams . .

Was preparing day and night for the presentations slides . . basically to finalise everything and to memorise the working principles of surface plasmons . . need to summerise all the chiem chiem stuff into easily "digestable" information . . wasn't too successful on that .. hee :P

Presentation was on 9th May, 9.00 .a.m @ tutorial room 7 . . the "final battle ground" me and my frenz called it . . HaHaHa.

As the time ticks closer, i didnt feel that nervous afterall ?? Strange . . have i gone beyond da point of nervousness and crack ??? Or have i given up ??

Well there wasn't too much time to ponder . . just went in the blabber off . . kinda went quite smoothly . . . wasn't much hitch along the way . . *Heng ah . . LoLz*

but one think i dun like . . moderator really utilising all the time possible . . . when i was done with my part, his part started . . asking me a hell lotsa question . . heng i maintained composure and answer all his question . . ok there was one i wasn't sure . . so i had to admit it . . what can i do . . i can't just conjurge up a figure and shoot it back to him . . or should i have done it after all ???? hmmmm . . .

well at the end of 30 mins, finally i have completed the last requirement of my 3 years as an uni undergrad . . in a few more months, i would be a degree holder . . but the feeling ain't that great either . . you go into the street, grab a handful of people and about 50% of them is a degree holder . . sounds kinda sianz hor . . but right now .. i am just glad its all over . . LoLz

ok after that . . i basically slept like nobody's business . . hahaha . . was preparing for the feast that was coming along in the weekend . .

and also celebrate mother's day with the parents of the kid my mum was looking after on sat . .

we went to "an pang" niang tou fu . . man its nice . . seems like its one of the best around . . its located somewhere in the springleaf estate regions . . u can consider that old nee soon ba . . well overall its good .. damm good .. gonna go back there again . .

The next most important event would be the FA cup final where Liverpool Vs West Ham Utd . .
Man i have waited for this since 2001 when we last won this cup . .
bear with me . . i am a guy after all .. wahaha, soccer is second nature to guys . . LoLz

the time of 10.00pm and we are off . . . the starting was all too much interesting . . caution game on both side . . but West Ham had the first goal *crap . . :( . . an own goal . . sianz*

but hey we hit back with another of our own !!!! and the score was tied 1-1
of all that had to go wrong . . we conceeded another one . . and now its 1-2. *drats, double drats*

and of coz, our ever so inspirational captain hit back with a nice close range volley to make it 2-2
and with liverpool containing the game . . u would expect a goal to come . . yes, it did came . . but came in the wrong way !!! West Ham scored a dead freaky goal . . and it was those u didnt expect goal coz its an attempt that was supposed to be cross ?? but floated in ???
*my heart shatter at that instance . . . heartache at its worse . . *

and so as the clocks wind down to the dying minutes . . it felt as all hope was lost . . but i kept my faith for liverpool has done miracles so many time when odds are against us . . against milan, against luton, against ManU . .

and once again this faith has been repaid in the best possible way . . our inspirational caption StevieG hit an absolutely screamer all the way out to tie the game 3-3 bring the game into overtime !!!! * the saviour, the saviour !!!!*

and so it had to go into overtime .. and eventually a penalty shoot out .. wahahaha . . CL finals replay all over again ??? * i cant take this tension . . wahahaha, i am going crazy*

all our penalty takers made their attempts count, only hyypia didn't, well he's a defender so i excuse him .. LoLz

and most importantly, reina, our GK made all the saves count . . and so by 12.30am or so .. we were officially crowned the FA cup winners . . wat a way to end the day . . wat a way i must say. * i couldn't get to sleep easily that nite .. lolz*

credits have to be given to West Ham for putting up a good fight, a darn good fight in my opinion, a match truly worthy of the finals . . *applause applause*

Oh ya .. the bad news part . . my desktop computer died on me . . sianz .. maximum sianz.

now when i have the time to play games . . my only console died on me ??!!

but heng i have my laptop . . . wahahahaha . . downloading of anime and game playing commence !!! LoLz . . but kinda sianz . . no new game . . waiting for devil may cry 3 for PC and also heroes of might and magic V . .

*no not the first person one . . its the strategy version one . . hehe.*

haha . . got tired of writing .. mayb i'll write one more tmr . . hahaha ..

Meeting Up of Uni frenz . .

This is version 2 . . coz i found alot typo . . in the orginial version . hehe :)

Tiring day . . have been out the entire afternoon . . now a bit tired . . but still i would complete this post before i head for dreamland . . :P

woke up this morning .. actually decided to go sch . . do some genuine work on my FYP slides before heading out to G2000 branch at Wisma to reserved some clothings . . but decided to abandon the idea coz of the travelling around . . hee

bec my sis's fren who happens to be a member of this shop and they were celebrating her birthday for her by giving whatever she buys a 50% discount . . and hence i went down to take a look . .

saw some clothings i kinda took fancy of . . eventually choose 2 . . basically all office clothings . . but i think they would suit casual also ba . . hee :)

oh before that . . something funny happened on th train i was boarding when i left for wisma . . when i went into the cabin . . i noticed how come the other cabins are pack and this one was rather empty . . so i happily took a seat . . but when i looked up . . i kinda guess y people shun away from the cabin . . some one was hanging 2 packets of food i think ba . . from the railing when the handles was dangling from . . now u would ask me how the person did it . hehe . .
the person had a "s" shaped hook . . so this was possible . . one end on the railing .. the other end with the food . . and when i was wondering .. the auntie opp me .. stood up took the thing down and alight at the next stop . . hahaha . . i wonder could people think that its a "suspicious package" and hence avoid this cabin ??? Hahaha, or could it be people just decided to avoid this cabin . . hehe

ok after i had settle all the stuff .. headed down to clarke quay for the gathering . .
well the turn out . . wasn't really that impressive . . we were missing richard, sukie, bai jie, perry and tzuling . . almost half the gang wasn't here . .

we then procceed to a nearby Han's for dinner . . food wasn't totally spectacular but it was edible . . i had grilled dory fish and choco ice-cream to end it with . . afterwhich we were discussing where to go and what to do from there . . . kinda hard to make decision .. but the most absurb suggestion would be from mike . . this was what he suggested . . go listen to WP rally over at AMK . . DUh . . haha .

so we decided to just go over to settlers and take a look . . wasn't interested in it .. so we went over to a nearby KTV . . man the price was steep , and so was the price for a game of pool which was beside . eventually .. we decided to go clarke quay for a walk instead . .

man how much have clarke quay changed since i last went down. . . which was like a few years . . i think 2-3 since i last when down .. coz i dun like chionging la . . haha . . thats y . .
after we walked around we headed over to liang court and sat down at starbuck . .

then we started talking about old times in uni . . what a truly enjoyable time it has been for us . . the frens we have met and known . the crazy stuff we had done . . and a common "enemy" we had here . . i wouldnt mention who la . . haha

well we went on rambling on and on till about 10+ thats when we decided to call it day . . and we settled that we would meet up once a year at least from now on . . but i dun think we have settled itor have we ?? . . most prob it would be 5th of May of the coming years . . hehe . . ook another calendar entry for me . . lolz

basically it was a enjoyable day . . but tired .. coz we were walking here and there and everywhere .. lolz ...


well thats the end of todays report. .
