Updates Updates . . Hee :)

Time for some update . . good news and bad news . .

lets start of with some major happenings since the end of the exams . .

Was preparing day and night for the presentations slides . . basically to finalise everything and to memorise the working principles of surface plasmons . . need to summerise all the chiem chiem stuff into easily "digestable" information . . wasn't too successful on that .. hee :P

Presentation was on 9th May, 9.00 .a.m @ tutorial room 7 . . the "final battle ground" me and my frenz called it . . HaHaHa.

As the time ticks closer, i didnt feel that nervous afterall ?? Strange . . have i gone beyond da point of nervousness and crack ??? Or have i given up ??

Well there wasn't too much time to ponder . . just went in the blabber off . . kinda went quite smoothly . . . wasn't much hitch along the way . . *Heng ah . . LoLz*

but one think i dun like . . moderator really utilising all the time possible . . . when i was done with my part, his part started . . asking me a hell lotsa question . . heng i maintained composure and answer all his question . . ok there was one i wasn't sure . . so i had to admit it . . what can i do . . i can't just conjurge up a figure and shoot it back to him . . or should i have done it after all ???? hmmmm . . .

well at the end of 30 mins, finally i have completed the last requirement of my 3 years as an uni undergrad . . in a few more months, i would be a degree holder . . but the feeling ain't that great either . . you go into the street, grab a handful of people and about 50% of them is a degree holder . . sounds kinda sianz hor . . but right now .. i am just glad its all over . . LoLz

ok after that . . i basically slept like nobody's business . . hahaha . . was preparing for the feast that was coming along in the weekend . .

makan session with some frens . .
and also celebrate mother's day with the parents of the kid my mum was looking after on sat . .

we went to "an pang" niang tou fu . . man its nice . . seems like its one of the best around . . its located somewhere in the springleaf estate regions . . u can consider that old nee soon ba . . well overall its good .. damm good .. gonna go back there again . .

The next most important event would be the FA cup final where Liverpool Vs West Ham Utd . .
Man i have waited for this since 2001 when we last won this cup . .
bear with me . . i am a guy after all .. wahaha, soccer is second nature to guys . . LoLz

the time of 10.00pm and we are off . . . the starting was all too much interesting . . caution game on both side . . but West Ham had the first goal *crap . . :( . . an own goal . . sianz*

but hey we hit back with another of our own !!!! and the score was tied 1-1
of all that had to go wrong . . we conceeded another one . . and now its 1-2. *drats, double drats*

and of coz, our ever so inspirational captain hit back with a nice close range volley to make it 2-2
and with liverpool containing the game . . u would expect a goal to come . . yes, it did came . . but came in the wrong way !!! West Ham scored a dead freaky goal . . and it was those u didnt expect goal coz its an attempt that was supposed to be cross ?? but floated in ???
*my heart shatter at that instance . . . heartache at its worse . . *

and so as the clocks wind down to the dying minutes . . it felt as all hope was lost . . but i kept my faith for liverpool has done miracles so many time when odds are against us . . against milan, against luton, against ManU . .

and once again this faith has been repaid in the best possible way . . our inspirational caption StevieG hit an absolutely screamer all the way out to tie the game 3-3 bring the game into overtime !!!! * the saviour, the saviour !!!!*

and so it had to go into overtime .. and eventually a penalty shoot out .. wahahaha . . CL finals replay all over again ??? * i cant take this tension . . wahahaha, i am going crazy*

all our penalty takers made their attempts count, only hyypia didn't, well he's a defender so i excuse him .. LoLz

and most importantly, reina, our GK made all the saves count . . and so by 12.30am or so .. we were officially crowned the FA cup winners . . wat a way to end the day . . wat a way i must say. * i couldn't get to sleep easily that nite .. lolz*

credits have to be given to West Ham for putting up a good fight, a darn good fight in my opinion, a match truly worthy of the finals . . *applause applause*

Oh ya .. the bad news part . . my desktop computer died on me . . sianz .. maximum sianz.

now when i have the time to play games . . my only console died on me ??!!

but heng i have my laptop . . . wahahahaha . . downloading of anime and game playing commence !!! LoLz . . but kinda sianz . . no new game . . waiting for devil may cry 3 for PC and also heroes of might and magic V . .

*no not the first person one . . its the strategy version one . . hehe.*

haha . . got tired of writing .. mayb i'll write one more tmr . . hahaha ..

catching MI3 tomorrow .. mayb i'll do a review tmr when i'm back . . hee
