errrrrr .......
Err . . i couldn't think of a title . . so i am leaving it as it is i guess . .
These 2 weeks has been a roller-coaster ride for me . . literally and "physically" because i was attached out for exercise . . .
One of our units were having their ATEC, which was a technical assessment of their combat readiness. Seeing those guys wearing the miles set seriously did remind me of the days when i was in OCS which was before i was downgraded due to injuries sustained then . . pain pain pain.
For u who dun know, its like the game Laser-quest but this time round, the indication of you being "hit" is with a siren screaming and screaming until its switch off . . Hahaha. In short, its one huge big game of laser-quest if you see it in another perspective. Hee :)
ok back to my role there . . me and the guys were to supposed to act as civilians who were now refugess of "war" . . and we were supposed to be seeking help from the "local forces" . . we would have to pester them for food, water and other amenities and their manpower umpire was to observe how they actually handle the situations that was being presented to them . .
scenario 1:
we were supposed to be supplying some information to anyone we come into contact with and observe how they handle us . . . or which i tot they should be doing. well they simply blew past us in those vehicles while me and the other "cast" were left watching their trailing dust tracks . .

scenario 2:
finally, we had to chance to "contact" with someone who was re-grouping in an area and we did what we were supposed to do . . but some of the answers that was given to us wasn't too encouraging.
scenario 3:
once again . . they shun us like we were either invinsible or "ghost" . . hahaha. Oh ya, this time the act was to see how they handled the media press and stuff . . didnt know how that went coz it was the others to did it . . but think they handled it ok ba . .
scenario 4-5:
these were the scenario which we had no chance to "perform" hee, coz the unit simply kept changing their advance route and so we were waiting and waiting at all the wrong sites. Total waste of time :( . . no point talking about it too . . .
scenario 6:
this time we were supposed to be civilian who was starlted by the on-going cross-fire and came out of our building to take a peek and we were supposed to be wounded in the midst of their engagement and observe how they would respond to us, we have to leave for the location in the middle of the night at around 12am?. Upon reaching there, we found out that they wun be there around 5am . . So wat were we supposed to do ??? Haizz, rushing to wait never changes in the army huh . . oh ya, i know what to do . . we are gonna go feed the mosquitos . . haizzz
at the end of the week, all of us were looking like pandas with our dark circles and deep eye bags, as well as tons of sore back from sleeping on the cold concrete ground on the training sheds.
Sore Bums from sitting in the 5 tonner that was driven by the driver for transporting us, he thinks he is doing the sequel of fast and furious (sungei gedong version) . . the ride is more rough than that of a roller coaster . . Ouch :'(
Oh apart from that, there were the mosquito bites . . :( My insect repellent did deterr the mosquito from biting me but they were flying around me the whole nite . . you can still hear the flapping of their wings (BeeeZzzzzz) . . because of that, not one night did i slept thru in peace . . Argh !!!! Urgh !!!! . . i get ballistics when i dun have enuff slp (@.@'')
Noah, you should have killed those 2 mosquito on board the ark . . . ok, i am just jokking, nature has a way of doing her stuff . . since she intended for mosquito to be there, its for a certain reason i guess, thou i can't think of any at the moment, lolz
hmm . . but during those time there, i had the chance to complete reading a book by musahi on the books of five rings, which i have lent my fren. Many of you would know him as "Gong Ben Wu Zang" . . his was a book which was similar to SunTze Art of War . . but his was more on using the surroundings to aid you in your course but it too contains stuff like deceipt to confuse ur enemy and stuff like that, i would recommend you to read it, but u must read it and abstract the gist and not everything that was written there, its the concept that is behind that is fundamental.
there is always a saying of how one is easily influence by the stuff or people around him, well i guess i can hold testiment to it coz i have been influence by the people around me, now i am more interested in to reading books, serious kinds . . and not just manga anymore . . which i think is a good change for a start . . hee :)
oh ya, last week i finally managed to finish up my last model, Strike Freedom from Gundam Seed Destiny. Thou the anime wasn't too awesome, i still like the models. Wondering when is Gaia, Atsukaki gonna be release for the 1/100 version, coz i dun like building the 1/144 models. Recently saw a new series being released, i think its called Gundam Seed, Stargazer . . hmm .. might check it out . . LoLz
After i completed my model i had the urge to take some photos . . and while i was sweeping the dusting my older ones . . i tot, i might as well just take some photos of them also . . and share it here with all of you who have come here to visit my blog :)

looking back at all these did bring back painful memories(cutting myself all the time) from when i just started using cutters to now using knifes, sandpaper, gundam markers, cutters. . and next step is to master putty and air brushes and customized stickers . . hee :)
last piece of good new, my phone, the one i have been raving about all the time. its back ! its finally back to my hands . . hopefully tomorrow . . If not next fri when i book out, pray hard for me . . .
